Expectations were low going into the 5th stop of the 2011 dirt jam series in Leende, but it turned out to be a great day, as expected. Who needs 200 riders at a trails spot that can hardly handle 8 guys on top of the starting hill at one time. The Pony Trails in Leende are having a hard time because of local crime but with the help of a few extra hands the trails got back up in shape and were ready for a chill session last Sunday.
The BBQ was cranked up, Paul's mobile boom box did its job and people who showed up just got on their bikes and rode. In between sessions it was time to shoot the shit and then it was back on the bike again trying to make it through all the lines. The shovels were picked up to fix some stuff, water was used to make things better, and at the end of the day everyone cleared what they wanted to. Some trains appeared, some tricks were pulled, some transfers were found and some manuals were made. Just perfect. Thanks to everyone who showed up and the Reves family for being sweet hosts.
