Last week I followed the Pusher BMX team on a 6 day journey riding high altitude skate parks and camping in Colorado’s National forests. The dudes destroyed everywhere we rode from Frisco to Gunnison. The crew consisted of Clay Brown, Preston Levi, Dan Neilson, Tammy McCarley, Mat Olson, Nick Bonner, Josh Dunn, Devin Burks, Dillon Graybeal, Shane Vanveldhiuizen, Andy Sweet, Sean Hanni, Dustin Millard, Tricia Dunn and we were blessed with a few guest clips from Danny Peirce. Thanks to everyone for the rad times! Enjoy!Film/Edit – Andrew KnightVideo Powered by - Boulder Power TechnologiesBoulder Power Technologies lent us one of their PowerTap2000 Batteries to keep all of our gear charged in the National Forrest. We could not have made the video without it. Not only did it keep my cameras, gimbal and drone charged but we were able to use it to brew coffee every morning and charge phones. In addition it produced no fumes and noise like the gas generators we have used in the past.
The 4th annual Canadian BMX Day at Richmond Green Skatepark.A BMX Jam dedicated to the riders. Nothing but the best times and vibes all day! Free BBQ, live DJ, and an Insane amount of free prizing. This year we had our first pig attend the event, and our good Kevin Mcneil made us a huge piece of art dedicated to Canadian BMX Day. Huge Shout out to everyone that came out, got involved and participated.
Special THANK YOU to the parents that helped to make this day possible. See you all next year!
People are amazing, so many people came out to support me at the Scotty Cranmer bmx jam. BMX is everything to me and to see a bunch of people in one place all having fun in BMX is the coolest thing I could ask for. So thank you to everyone involved in the fun! THANK YOU AT GROMDAD2000 for such an awesome event!
We met up with Carlos Perez (@ARTBMX) of the CycleSquadManiaccs in Harlem. He talks about his unique style, influences, his STR-26 Quadangle, and much, much more. Guaranteed that you've never seen a rider bring such a positive vibe and crazy rad style to the bikelife movement. And check out those wild hang 5's!
Straight after the PRO Freestyle contest in The Hague, we headed East, to the internationally renowned city of Rotterdam for 4 days of some of Europe's finest street spots. Despite battling the weather, the spots, and injuries, our German street machines Leon Hoppe and Robin Kachfi came away with one hell of a banger of a video which we could not be more stoked to drop today.
Mauro Biazzo unleash his mix of power and finesse in the streets of Montevideo (Uruguay) and Buenos Aires (Argentina), murdering every spot on his way. Hit play and check out this banging footage of our man!
Note: Mic was acting up. No audio until 1:43.Last week was the X Games in Minneapolis, Minnesota and some of the best BMX riders in the world were there to throw down on the street course, bowl, mega ramp, vert ramp and dirt jumps. Unfortunately unless you have special clearance, all you can film is practice. Here's a mix of raw clips from a little street and skatepark practice. Check out riding from Garrett Reynolds, Chad Kerley, Ty Morrow, Devon Smillie, Broc Raiford, Sean Ricany, Dakota Roche, Simone Barraco, Dan Lacey, Colin Varanyak, Nathan Williams, Dennis Enarson, Gary Young, Larry Edgar, Logan Martin, Kyle Baldock, Kevin Peraza, Daniel Dhers and Pat Casey.
If you're from Europe, your first trip to the states is like a right of passage. On of the most exciting experiences you will encounter, all exaggerated by the endless amount of movies and riding videos that we sit in front of at a young age. For United's Sebastian Anton and Tom Deville's first trip to the west coast it was much more than your average school trip - when you're team mates with Nathan Williams and he's filming his X Games Real BMX section you know it's going to be push you to get the best clips you can. Sebastian and Tom don't disappoint in this with an onslaught of new age manoeuvres.
