FUEL TV, the only network dedicated to the lifestyle of action sports, will kick off a new season of “Firsthand” presented by Schick, in the month of June, featuring the most amazing collection of top action sports athletes in the world. Season 12 of “Firsthand” premieres on Sunday, June 27, 2010 at 8:00pm ET/PT with musician and pro surfer Donavon Frankenreiter. This season’s 18-episode lineup features Cameron White, Stephen Murray, and motocross legend Jeremy McGrath, among others.
“We are very excited to have the opportunity to feature such amazing and inspiring athletes this season,” says
Scott Paridon, FUEL TV VP of Production and Development.
“In the new season of ‘Firsthand’ you’ll get to see some amazing things like motocross pro Dungey win the Supercross Championship in his rookie year, or how deaf motocross rider Ashley Fiolek has learned to overcome tremendous obstacles to become a champion.”
“At 18 episodes, this is the biggest season we’ve ever done,” says Senior Producer
Brian Olliver.
“The profiled athletes are at the top of their sports, but also live fascinating lives. It’s great to get such an insider’s look at what makes these athletes special.” Cheer on BMX pro
Stephen Murray as he rebuilds his life after a BMX accident left him paralyzed from the neck down.
