The best talent in BMX will be coming out for the first ever BMX-only stop on the Dew Tour, the world’s premier season-long action sports tour. The 2009 season kicks off with the Nike 6.0 BMX Open in Chicago’s Grant Park, June 26-27, adjacent to the Taste of Chicago. The schedule of events features BMX park, vert and dirt disciplines, along with a Nike 6.0 street specialty competition.
Over 200 of the best BMX athletes in the world will be in Chicago to compete in the two-day competition, including four-time Dew Cup champion
Jamie Bestwick (BMX Vert), 2008 BMX Dirt Dew Cup champion
Cameron White, 18-year-old rising star
