You've seen the excellent Vans 'Tribes' Madrid video that we dropped a few weeks back, now watch all the behind-the-scenes moments, from crashes to police and everything in between. Look out for episode 2 next week.
After 9 months of recovery from a patellar tendon complete rupture in his knee, Stephan Atencio came out fighting. Hooking up with long-time friend and filmer Rafa and sniffing out more of what BCN has to offer. Sit back and enjoy.
We went out in the streets and hit nothing but rails for the day with a squad of savage street riders. Blake, Jayden and Antonio hit the biggest rails of their lives, Fudger took a massive slam, Connor Lodes is back out killing it with us, Parker Heath stepped it up and impressed everyone. Nathan Williams, Chad Kerley, and Corey Martinez are true street bosses, Bill kept the vibes high, and I learned a couple new tricks and got amped to send a 360 down a looong 18 stair.
For the past few years Alex and myself have worked on this video part to properly showcase his riding. Locations for the project include Greenlawn Skatepark(Long Island, NY), 2nd Nature Skatepark (Peekskill, NY), Ray's Bike Park(Lakewood, OH), Rivergate Park (Cleveland, OH), and Rye Airfield(Rye, NH). As of 2022 Alex rides for Work Frames, owned and operated by John Corts. The majority of the clips were filmed on a Sony A7Siii mounted to a Ronin-m (Additional filming by Lewis Colascione).
