The US Book launch for the 2nd Edition of The Birth of the BMX Freestyle Movement is held in San Diego at the 10 Barrel Brewing pub location in east village on May 25th. This 350-page oral history book, with 109 contributors, and hundreds of previously unseen images, tracks the metoeric rise of BMX Freestyle in the late '70s and through the 1980s. BMX Beat was a popular BMX Freestyle TV show broadcast on the UK's main commercial channel, ITV between 1984 - 1987 on Saturday mornings. Hosted by Andy Ruffell and various co-hosts including Gaz Top (Gareth Jones), Alistair Pirrie and Ron Stebbene.
Built up this beautiful Hutch Pro Racer from the early 80's with tons of nice parts!
