Dust off those old school rides and haul them out to the NBL Christmas Classic, December 28. The NBL is serving up the KING OF FLATS race on Thursday with a retro-cool display of the oldies. Hey, if you decide to race one of those ol’ rides, NBL will reward you for your courage whether it’s a Skyway TA, CW Phase One, Mongoose, VDC, or any number of other classic bikes. Yeah, the race is only open to 30 & Over Am’s on 20” bikes and its only $20 to play – heck, some of these guys are the ones who help pioneer the early years so it’s a chance for the purists to relive the glory days.
The 2006 ABA season is now done and once again TEAM REDLINE riders have taken home their share of No.1 titles and plates. In an extremely exciting three main showdown, both JASON CARNE$ and BUBBA HARRIS defended their Championships for the year. UCI is pleased to announce the track layout of the 2007 UCI BMX World Championships, which will be held 26-29 July 2007 in Victoria BC, Canada. The permanent track will be situated at the Juan De Fuca Recreation Park in Greater Victoria. For the 2nd consecutive year, Intense BMX has been named the bike of the year by the racers of the American Bicycle Association. The ABA Season came to a close this past weekend in Tulsa, OK. The ABA prepared what may have been the best Grand National Track ever built, with just as much excitement in the arena. The 500 moto race was exciting and action packed with some of the best AA Pro racing in years, with Randy Stumpfhauser being the most dominant Pro of the weekend.Cristian Becerine was also flying all weekend and had great results. Randy Stumpfhauser has been flying for the past few races, taking home wins. With an outside shot at the ABA #1 Pro title, Randy had his full focus on winning the ABA Grands.

Dayton, Ohio - DK Bicycles is proud to welcome AA Pro racer Aaron Johnson to the DK Pro team. Aaron will make his DK debut this weekend at the 2006 ABA Grand Nationals in Tulsa, OK. Johnson hails from Murrieta, California and has been racing for 17 years. Aaron rode really well at the UCI Super-X race in San Jose and this years DC Sprint Trails event. Not only is he fast, his dirt jumping skills are quite good also. Aaron will attend several UCI, ABA and NBL events in 2007.
