In early 2023, Pump for Peace, a global initiative by Velosolutions, completed the construction of Uganda’s first pump track in conjunction with Kasanje Cycling in the small village of Ziba. This was more than just an addition to the local infrastructure; it was a beacon of positivity and a symbol of hope for the community. Over a year later, we look back at the transformative impact of this project and the exciting developments that have unfolded since its inauguration.
‘BATTLE OF GUANG FO’ - presented by ‘ALLDAYBMX’ (Guangzhou) and ‘SHOCKER BMX’ (Hong Kong). These guys have been capturing the local BMX scene for years, and this time they invited five talented young riders all from China’s Guangdong Province to battle for footage between the cities of Guangzhou and Fo Shan.
Once in a lifetime we get to experience a phenomenon - something so profound in it's actions and so deeply rooted in who we aspire to be. Pat Casey was a phenomenon and a legacy in this beautiful home we call BMX.

This week's Factory Friday starts off with some footage from S&M/FIT's satellite spot in CO - where Pondfest will pop off next weekend. Luke and Nate Halahan drove in from Pittsburgh two weeks early to build a big boy line for all you Pond Sharks and Moeller's been rebuilding a 100 year old cabin he moved onsite to house the team when they show up next week.
Gabriel Goldsack from Share A Bike Share A Smile is not your average human. He commits his time to helping create opportunities for underprivileged kids throughout the world, all through the medium of BMX. Whether it's getting bike parts to countries with no access to BMX or creating workshops for new riders, he's constantly giving his time to putting back.
