HARO UK tour 2005 Spending time on the road with friends is great. We experienced another week visiting skateparks, eating shitty food and slept at different hotels. We all want BMX bikes in the parks worldwide and people are working on this to make it happen. This is one for Park Owners and Councils to respond to. Please read Australia's Mike Daly's text first and then fill in the Survey. Only serious people need apply. I think its important for BMX that we get as many official BMX friendly responses to this park survey as possible as Portland is one of the main sources of anti BMX feeling in the US (and the world!) This problem of BMX vs Skate is starting to spread, we are hearing more complaints from skaters in Australia due to the problems in the USA. If you could forward the survey form to any councils or park owners that you work with, I think it would be great to get as much positive feedback to these guys as possible. If we can get Portland to allow BMX at all public parks, I believe that the rest of the states in the USA will follow and we will be able to forget this stupid BMX access problem forever, I know I have spent way too many hours of my life putting up arguments for BMX access to skateparks. The pieces at legal graffiti spot "De Berenkuil" in Eindhoven keep changing. When driving by I'm trying to spot the new stuff but I never have a camera with me or time to stop. The newly completed skatepark in Coxhoe, Durham is the latest, sickest installation by GBH Ramps so far. Rain, hail or even snow couldn’t deter the GBH site crew as they fought against the elements to finish the impressive construct. This beast of a park is full to the brim of the slickest transitions with 2 Volcanos; one hipped and one with a spine, a sloped coping mini ramp, pyramid with profile grinds, spine mini with rollin and volcano sections.

We ran into Robbie Morales at the Bike Show in England and decided to have a chat with him to see how his FIT BIKE CO is doing these days. We sat down, had a diet Coke and got the Sony IC Recorder going. When you started your company in 2000 it came as a big surprise. You had left the T1 squad and started your own thing. Looking back 5 years later, has it worked out the way you thought it would? Rob-O: In 2000 coming off of T1 I was really excited, basically to get more products made because that was our main problem at T1, we couldn't get our products made, and then seeing them made on a more consistent level was exciting, you know and obviously S&M has helped me with that. Based in the Hague, Cooper released 3 albums, first 2 produced and recorded by Tom Holkenborg of Junkie XL fame and the third by Michel Schoots from the Urban Dance Squad. This fourth album was produced by Bill Stevenson (not S&M Chris's father I guess) drummer from bands like Black Flag/All/Descendents

VANS advertisement April 1982 Featuring: TM Everett Rosecrans, Gary Haselhorst, Ron House, Brian Gass, Beatle Rosecrans and Kele Rosecrans. A halfpipe is, well, a half pipe. This plexiglass Vans ramp is indeed a half pipe with no platform in the middle. It must have been one of the first transportable halfpipes made that was used for BMX shows. The team performed "ultra rad shows" at schools, Knott's Berry Farm, Magic Mountain, the LA County fair, on national TV and in large annual city parades. Check out the Vans shoes at the bottom.
