Last saturday the annual BMX BOK took place at the legendary Burnside skatepark in Deventer, The Netherlands. Although there was another contest in Amsterdam, loads of bmx junkies showed up and rode all day long. With October temperatures still around 25°C, everybody was sweating their asses off, but nobody really cared.
The format was loose as always and this year everybody had a change to win a joet. Not by pulling of the biggest tricks, but with originality. Whenever co-organiser
Roy van Kempen was not taking care of the organisation, he rode. This guy never gets tired of riding his bike and I don't get tired of looking at his banger bag full of tricks.
The jam / contest format was split in two parts, with a bbq during the break. The first part were the wooden "trails" with boxes, spine, vulcano and mini was jammed.
