After 5 and a half months of staying away from my bike, or even doing any sports, I have been cleared to ride after my spleen injury at the Portland Dew Tour. It has been a boring and uneventful time, but I am finally back to riding after a long wait. I have decided to do a video about how to recognize a spleen injury, because if I had not been hurt at the event with medical staff present, but say at trails or at home, I may have not taken my crash as a serious injury. However, I was bleeding a lot internally, and could have died if the medical crew had not
