MONSTER ENERGY rider Ben Wallace sets a new World Record for the highest recorded backflip on a BMX.
On Thursday 9th December the Hampshire-born BMX champion smashed his previous Guinness World Record by 8cm to set a new World Record of 4.80 meters. The record jump took place outside the infamous Bird's Nest in Beijing Olympic City before a crowd of onlookers who witnessed the record-smashing backflip that cemented Ben's place in history.
The 24 year old adds another trophy to his cabinet after having won Lords Of Dirt in France earlier this year. He also recently returned from Berlin where he was filming a short movie for Monster Energy with their European BMX Team featuring Harry Main and Alex Coleborn.
