There's an open qualifier on Friday so you can qualify too and hit it up against Morgan Wade, Brian Kachinski, Zack Warden, Brian Hunt and their European friends. If there was one rider that flowed the vert ramp in SLC it was Jamie Bestwick. He simply ruled that giant vert ramp from left to right. He went all directions, traveled alley-oop style and had so much flow it was unreal. He almost wouldn't need any variations to win the vert class, just watching him ride you know who's the king. For some reason we didn't know much about this Stephen Murray benefit night at the Port-o-Call Social Club in Salt Lake city. I'm glad we made it over there though. The place was raging but partying in Salt Lake (Utah) means that when one o' clock arrives, the party is over. The orange team of security guards had things under control and we each went our own way. I ended up at Alberto's with Kevin McAvoy, Joey Garcia, Keith Mulligan and Clay Brown for some late night grub and somehow found my way back to the Red Lion.

As Bruno mentioned: "This year's Siegen jam is the third edition. It's a local contest for beginners, but also a team contest for experts and pros has been planned."
