The Dew Tour returns to Chicago for the second consecutive year for the Nike 6.0 BMX Open, July 23 and 24 at Solider Field’s South Festival Lot, featuring competitions with the top BMX athletes as well as freestyle motocross. Motion City Soundtrack will headline with New Politics opening on Friday, July 23 at 9pm. The five-city tour will continue on to Portland, Ore., Salt Lake City and conclude with the Dew Tour Championships in Las Vegas this October. Over 190 of the best BMX athletes from 11 different countries will compete in Chicago at the BMX Open in vert, park and dirt disciplines. Jamie Bestwick and
Chad Kagy, who placed second in Chicago at the 2009 Nike 6.0 BMX Open.

Dave Mirra took the BMX park win last year in Chicago. He will again look to repeat his win in the Windy City, but will have to contend with the likes of defending BMX Park Dew Cup
