This is the first issue of a publication documenting underground BMX in the United States and beyond. It is a representation of using BMX as a tool to explore the world and its people. It is a collection of photographs showcasing riders flying bikes high and free, and it supports builders, travelers, dreamers and renegades.

Eastpak has been doing a lot for BMX over the years. They sponsor a killer team, they do road trips, Eastpak advertises in the BMX media, they sponsor the big events and hook up the smaller gigs with goodies whenever they feel like it. You probably know Eastpak from their strong bags with years and years of warranty but they have also started to make more than just T-shirts. Jackets, longsleeves, shorts, polo's, hoodies, pants, the list goes on and on.
I would just like to share my happiness with you that after 130 days Stephen is vent free, oxygen free and trach free! Last night they took out his trach and so now all we have to wait for his the wound in his throat to heal. The relief of him not being dependant upon the ventilator is unimaginable. It's better than winning the lottery!

Bowling king Michael McQueen just finished up a quick little edit with some friends, Seamus McKeon and Phil Jones, who was recently featured on mtv's scarred. The filming was done around Carlotte. Check it out!
The other day we were driving on the Boulevard in Vlissingen and noticed a tall building full of graffiti art. We had to stop to check it out and it was actually great stuff. The camera came out for a few shots and here we are, a perfect fit for the FATBMX Comic and Art section. The Kijkdoos outdoor graffiti exposition was sponsored by one of the largest banks in the Netherlands. Good to see the street artists are receiving some respect and support.
Nothing better than getting together at an indoor place when the weather is getting shitty outside. Jams in Belgium are always chill so if you want to experience a good time, go to St. Niklaas on 24 November 2007. If you want to enter the contest, it's 10 Euros to get in. If you want to ride but don't want to enter, that's 6 euros. Just chilling doesn't cost anything but be careful of the Fruity Alcohol they sell inside, it can fuck you up.
