DIG Magazine # 047.
It's Kye Forte's 3rd cover in one month, how stoked is he? Leave it to the DIG boys to come up with something different on the first page. A manual on the cover, who would have ever thought? The mag is full of stuff. We leave the contents to Ed Docherty's # 047 info image but we can tell it's a stacked issue. In fact, we still haven't finished reading everything yet. We'll stop typing here and start reading. Get your copy through:

The news that Ron Bonner sold UGP was hard to believe. Ron Bonner IS UGP and has been since he was 16 years old. Why sell now? Is he still going to be involved? Who are the new owners? What about the Roots jam? What's happening with the team? All questions that needed answers. Ron Bonner explains. Was it a difficult decission to sell UGP and why?
The crazy thing is that I have been doing UGP since I was 16 years old everything that I have done for the past 18 years has been with UGP. I learned a ton about life with UGP. So yea it was the biggest decision I have ever made and not an easy one! But at some point in life change is good and I was ready for a change.
This decision opens up more time for me to explore other creative outlets that I might not of had time to try.
Are the new guys into BMX?
They love BMX. The new CEO (Ric Coven) used to ride and was a really good street rider back in the day.
The Rebel Jam in Berlin started off with a tourist tour through the city. Two double decker buses were hired to show the riders, sponsors and media what the city was all about. This is a great idea as we only get to see the venue, the hotel, the airport and a bar or two at 90% of the contests.
It was raining cats and dogs when the buses showed up. When everyone rushed in the bus to grab a seat, the windows fogged up. With a closed roof (that was leaking left and right), heavy rain outside and steamed up windows the conditions weren't great for the tourist trip. And then 4 cases of beer turned up in every bus. This made it

We had over 250 votes in our recent FATBMX poll. We asked our visitors how often they visit the FATBMX website. 26% of you is checking out the FATBMX website every day and considers FATBMX their main source for BMX news. We were stoked on the 25% that clicked the box that said: "It's my first time on the site, but I'll be back." This shows that we are not stuck with the same visitors day in and day out. Basically every fourth visitor is a new BMX enthusiast that discovers FATBMX through the advertising we do in magazines, in BMX videos and through the links we exchange with killer websites on the net.
Here are the exact scores of the poll:
-Every day, it's my main BMX news page 26 % (67)
-Two to three times a week, staying in touch with the scene 36 % (94)
-About once a month, usually after I receive the monthly FATBMX news flash 10 % (28)
-It's my first time on the site, but I'll be back 25 % (66) Don't forget to vote on the new poll. It's located in the left column.
