The first round of the UCI SX series just finished. Latvian One Bicycles rider Arthurs Matisons took the win beating the four Americans (Robinson, Brown, Bennett, Cisar), Willers, Jiminez Caicedo and sole Dutch finalist Arno Kanis. The indoor race was shown live on Freecaster.tv and Naran and Sergio Layos took part of the BMX dirt jump entertainment. The International Cycling Union (UCI) has announced that Winning Medicine International (WMI Corp.) will be the official medical partner for all UCI BMX events in 2008. The aim of this new partnership is to offer BMX athletes a medical service with maximum security and top first aid treatment at all UCI events.
