Within a few days the first edition of Holland’s and Benelux’ biggest action sports tournament kicks off. All the action of The Hague PRO FREESTYLE will take place right in the city centre of the Dutch political capitol. The organisation is proud to have the triple-A list of confirmed athletes competing this weekend. Among the confirmed athletes are Olympic athletes, former world champions, world record holders, top-10 riders, YouTube hits, national teams and a whole bunch of fresh talents. In 1 month, the FISE World Series will make the trip to China for stop number two of the 2015 series. A park will be installed for the occasion in Nan Hu Park in the city of Chengdu. Some riders are already confirmed such as Daniel Dhers, Mark Webb, Martin Logan, Alex Coleborn, and Daniel Wedemeijer. Stay tuned for the event in China from October 16 to 18 for the HONOR BMX contest.

Tune into World of X Games on Sunday, September 6 for the Nike BMX in Spain show at 4 p.m. ET/2 p.m. PT on ABC. This weekend’s show will focus on Nike’s BMX team in Spain and the world premiere of their latest video edit, filmed and produced for exclusively for the World of X Games. For the past several years, the international Nike BMX team has assembled in various locales to film web videos that are second to none in BMX, from top notch production to groundbreaking BMX riding.
BMX sensation of the moment, Drew Bezanson, is coming to The Hague. The 25 year old Canadian, who is living in California, will be riding for the title ‘Next Gladiator’ on the 18th, 19th and 20th of September during The Hague PRO FREESTYLE 2015. Bezanson’s latest video ‘Uncontainable’ is, as we speak, a real viral hit. With this movie his is raising the bar for BMX freestyle action. The Hague PRO FREESTYLE wouldn’t have containers, but it will have a custom made BMX park.
With Drew Bezanson the tournament lines up a hot shot for the title. With his 2nd place during the 2014 X Games in the US and several Simple Session wins in Estonia Bezanson will be riding to win and hopefully enjoying the Dutch city lifestyle. But competition is strong with other well known international riders. The organisation is stoked with the confirmation of Daniel Wedemeijer (NED) and Paul Thoelen (DE). Within the coming days there will be more international hot shots announced.

Sessions Volcaniques 2015, taking place from Friday 11 to Sunday, September 13 at the Epicentre of Aurillac, France.
With one round to go of the World Flatland Circuit, Viki Gomez (Spain) clinched the 2015 title this past weekend in Montreal, Canada already. Fellow Red Bull riders Yohei Uchino (Japan) and Matthias Dandois (France) received second and third place points respectively at the Real City Spin flatland event in Montreal, Canada. The series still has one stop to go to be held in Japan in October 2015.
