We are not sure who are all the riders in this Generations Of Freestyle drawing but we can spot Dennis McCoy in the top left corner, Ryan Guettler a bit below doin his signature superman-no-footed cancan flair, Dave Mirra is doing that lawnmower, Bob Haro is standing in the middle as the godfather of BMX Freestyle. Josh White makes it on his pink GT and we actually have to guess on the four remaining riders. That might be Chad DeGroot on your right riding flatland, what are your guesses?

When we come across some graffiti on the road we snap some shots and put it up on the Comic & Art section on the FATBMX site. Next to the skatepark in Antwerp, underneath the Noorderlaan bridge, we spotted these pieces and Voila, they're on the site now. The skatepark actually has signs up that graffiti makes the surface dangerous/slippery so the next best option is the bridge.

As many of you know, Dylan Dean is holding a fundraiser for former BMX pro Tara Llanes who ended up in a wheelchair after a nasty crash. Though most of the items are based around the sport of MTB, Dylan did receive a couple of items that he's going to add to the EBAY Auction. One such item is the BOB HARO One-of-a-Kind Drawing. There is nothing on the ebay auctions stating that it's for the Tara Llanes Fundraiser. Dylan assures you, ALL PROCEEDS GO TO THE TARA LLANES 'ROAD TO RECOVERY' FUND. Dylan had issues with ebay removing his listings because he said that it would benefit the fund. He just wants someone who would appreciate this item to win it.

We received this e-mail from the Czech Republic about contributing photos to the website. I was on the road at the time and in a hurry to go through my e-mail list. I did not take the time to check Daniel Vojtech's website until I returned back to The Netherlands. IMPRESSED! Damn, Dan takes some sweet photographs. Melbourneʼs one true BFF, the Bicycle Film Festival, rolls into the city for the second time this November. Screening a program of international and local films, the festival is a five-day celebration of the two–wheeled, human-powered experience. The Melbourne leg of the Bicycle Film Festival runs throughout various venues from Wednesday 19 November – Sunday 23 November. It is produced by cultural management agency Ambiguous Horse. Paul Howe over in the UK sent over some shots and I was impressed. We're showing you some work here but you should also check out his Flickr page for more good stuff. This was one of those casual California gatherings that remind me I live in paradise. Bob Haro, Jeff Zielinski, Kurt Rasmussen and a handful of other bike inspired artists shared their creations with us at Go,Rilla in Santa Ana, California. The 3 level art gallery/toy boutique displayed some great work. I was really impressed with this Lego block bike. There are actually two versions, a life size (half Lego, half actual BMX) and another, approximately half that size, that’s 100% blocks. If the toy building blocks didn’t take me back to my youth, then talking with Haro did. The stories behind some of his pieces 

As a big fan of the best all-round art magazine Juxtapoz, I am subscribed (obviously) and was happy to receive the August 2008 issue. This one features non other then Bob Haro himself and his infamous BMX cartoon illustrations. It's not a bad deal either that he's interviewed by famous Mr. Cartoon, an insane well respected artist himself. If you are familiar with Bob Haro's art, then you know each drawing should put up a light grin or even a nice smile on your face.

Like BMX, graffiti is worldwide. We found these pieces on a trip in the South of France in a village that wasn't as "Urban" as you would think by seeing all this paint on the walls. Some of them are pretty decent but others aren't the best we've ever seen. We still cropped the photos, re-sized them one by one, saved them for web use, uploaded them one by one in the system for you to see. Enjoy. I hope.
