The Triple Challenge is back to its normal self…an open invite event that welcomes anyone who is capable of clearing two maaasive jumps. As always, the open invite element makes the first day a bit…interesting. This year, some unusual winds compounded things so riding was a bit mellow with the qualifying event being postponed til the following morning. The need for BMX comps is there but in these times it's still challenging to do it under safe conditions. The BMX Triple Challenge series had its most recent stop at the Supercross race in Arlington, Texas. As in the past years a change to a Street type contest was held. A strong field of riders made it out to Arlington for the event and here's how the top 3 ended up and who won Best Trick.

Everything is bigger in Texas and contests still exist. Under CDC guidelines, the BMX Triple Challenge is back as part of the Supercross tour. Practice was originally scheduled for the day, but winds shut that down...so here's some clips from short the night session that went down.
