Canada’s own Drew Bezanson dominated the Toronto Jam held this weekend qualifying first in prelims and winning Pro finals in the same way he did it at Simpel Session in Estonia just last month. The crowd went wild for their local hero, cheering him as he threw down banger after banger, mixing creative and super tech tricks with big air crowd pleasers. Highlights include a footplant off an electric box on a steel pillar, a superman to huge tailwhip transfer, 3 whip to a no foot can can followed up with a bar catch barspin. The trick that caused the crowd to erupt into near madness was watching Drew air out of the 8 foot quarter and ice pick the window ledge at the top of a concrete wall (the very same Drew wall tapped over the judges during Saturday’s prelims). Drew Bezanson is is setting up to have an absolutely unbelievable year. Coming off a win at Simpel Session in Estonia last month and dropping some insane web edits over the past few weeks, Drew was the one to watch at today's pro qualifier and he did not disappoint. Drew's runs were creative, and his performance flawless. It was no surprise Drew qualified first at today and I'll tell you, the competition was stiff! Drew started his first run up a huge 10' quarter, pulling a wall tap on the wall directly above the judges heads. There was a 5' set back to the wall and Drew easily hit the spot another
