So if you're on a limited budget but still want a bike with the right geometry and looks, the Inspired has you covered. the 20.5" toptube indicates that this 2017 Complete bike caters to the smaller/younger riders out there. The HARO Downtown 18 is a bike that will get a youngster between 8-12 hooked on BMX.
