JANCIS - Jānis Ivuškāns - is one of our young shreder - he is only 5 years old and rocking it with 16 inch bike. He loves riding and definetelly loves to spend time great! Positivity and fun, but from our side - great to see future for BMX Freestyle! :)
Another week is done - weather is not nice to us, so our riders have to train in not the greatest conditions, but we believe that it is only making them stronger - riding in -2 to -7 by celsius, well that's a challenge! Atleast there is no wind! :D But otherwise - they are getting better, doing yoga, stretches, some pool activities, make sure to follow our road!
Interesting week, begining in Estonia week in home, but at the end some great work on mind game! We invited Niks Jansons to work with our boys, Niks is life coach and motivation guru, we spend fun hours together and boys definetelly learned a lot!
