Here at United Bike Co we are proud to officially welcome Cody Gessel to the team! Born in Sandy Utah, Cody now resides wherever his van takes him, but you can be sure to find him blasting trails and transition all around Austin for most of the year.
Cody is a total badass and we can't wait to see what he gets up to aboard his United X Union Prime Mover, scroll down to take a closer look at his build.
Welcome to the team Cody!
The Prime Mover has been around the block a number of times now. With Slight revisions over time and graphic updates along with the yearly colour change. United Bike Co. thought it was time to give the Prime Mover a bit of TLC and updating. The frame's geometry is still aimed towards the traditional dimensions that can be found at home on the street, at the park and even the trails. The chain stay took a lower form allowing the new removable chain stay brake mounts space to breath, a kew feature we have been asked for for some time. With the addition to our latest invest cast dropouts and built in tensioners, the rear triangle of this frame has well and truly been looked after. United wanted to be big and bold with the look of this frame and what could be better than having a full over sized down tube graphic? With three paint options. A deep gloss OX Blood, Flat Grey and a Flat red.

"A few of the United boys stayed in Bristol UK for a week after NASS. We got pretty lucky with the weather, apart from one day of straight rain, so instead of sitting in going sight seeing we decided tho hit the M32 spot, hand made by the Bristol skaters under a motorway - the perfect escape from the rain. We had the idea to maybe get a couple of clips on the VX to make a little edit and it soon escalated into everyone doing mind blowing lines. So here it is, one day at the M32 spot with Ben Gordon, Kris Bunnage, Harry Mills-Wakley , Fernando Laczko and Miki Fleck. Enjoy!" - Emerson
