In the last year or so DuFFS has undergone the kind of self help programme and make over that many a B list celebrity would be proud of; a brief stint in a fashionable rehab clinic followed by a well publicized and possibly staged break out led to a couple months of ‘me’ time in remote tropical paradise complete with snapping paparazzi.

Team Free Agent is back from the 2009 UCI World Championships down in Australia. A good weekend for the Team, so so close to being a perfect weekend but I guess that's Racing. This years Worlds was the biggest ever to date showing racing is still on its way up. First bit of good news from the Worlds, Team Free Agent won the Team Trophy and became World Team Champions for the 3rd year in a row.Olympic and defending World Champion Maris Strombergs was feeling good all weekend in Australia and qualified through to the final in 1st place winning his semi final. Ramiro Marino also made the Elite men's final coming in behind Maris in the 1st semi and it looked like we were going to get 3 Free Agent riders in the final when
