Heading to Grands this morning with my most special bike to date. Please take a few minutes to watch and share. This video was extremely hard to make. I had to stop and re start multiple times because the emotions were overwhelming. We couldn’t save my dad, but my hope is we can help save someone else. You’re not alone and you are loved. Haro Race, I cannot thank you enough for this gift. My dad would have loved every part of it. #fordad #suicideawarness #suicideprevention Todd Crain

How long have you been riding a carbon frame now?
Brooke Crain: Since Haro came out with one in 2013
Where do you see the biggest benefit of racing a light bike?
Brooke Crain: I’m not a very big person so there’s never been any need for me to have a heavy bike.
Are there any disadvantages (running a light bike)?
Brooke Crain: Not that I know. Everyone has their own opinions on carbon vs aluminum but I prefer my carbon.
How do you like the feel and look of your bike?
Brooke Crain: I love it. It’s my personal favorite and my own signature color way so of course I love it.
Do you ever switch to flat pedals for some cruising around the block, a session at the pump-track
Growing up, Brooke Crain was always the smallest person at school and on the track.
