The party starts on Sunday 29 April at 18:00hr. Events in Belgium always start by placing the beer tent first, and then the rest will follow. It's a matter of setting the priorities straight. The Old School BMX event will take place at Sports Park "De Deuster, Deusterstraat, 3990 in Peer, Belgium and is presented by PEERBMX vzw. It'll have sidehacks, an old school BMX bike show and spare parts market. The entrance is free and you can even stay on the nearby campsite so you don't have to drive home wasted. Join the oldschool BMX party. 
The National BMX Hall of Fame is now accepting nomination applications for individuals to be considered for the class of 2011. The National BMX Hall of Fame process of nominating is now open. It has been opened to the general public as this will allow the public to participate in a very important part of the overall process. Please keep in mind this isn't the ballot selection, it's the nomination process to be summited to the National BMX Hall of Fame committee for overall ballot selection. The committee will then make their 
BMX in Belgium is not very big but it is growing, more Racers, more Freestylers and more Old School builders and this weekend it showed that Belgium is ready for the next step. Khaled showed us his "Museum" and it was worth the visit. Over 50 bikes in top condition and more to come so he is kicking ass! Bikes like Kuwahare ET's, Mongoose Roger de Coster/Motomags/Pro Class, Torkers, Skyways, SE's etc were hanging on his Wall of Fame. My favourite was the Cook & Bros bike with Original Frame/Fork,
