What is the part that has been on your bike the longest? Bjorn: Paddy Rohn made a headset space for me 5 years ago. It has holes in it. It was when the lightweight trend started. I'm still running that thing.
Do you care about weight a lot?
Bjorn: I don't care about the weight but the Mankind stuff is so light that it was easy to get a bike together that weighs only 10.5 KG.

I like it when people contribute to the BMX scene. Louis Mikolay is one of those guys. The Brit not only runs his own T-shirt company but he set up a complete team with killer riders. Next to providing them with the latest shirts he makes, he does film them and makes videos and puts these back on his website.

Mike continues to work hard to recover. He's excited that he's starting to lose the limp he's had since he started walking again. His physical therapist has been helping him to regain use of the weak muscle groups that were causing his heavy limp. Aside from his vigorous therapy schedule, Mike has been spending time reading the many blog comments that have been left for him.
