In this episode of the Better Bloke Podcast, Matty and Rob sit down with BMX legend Logan Martin to chat about life on and off the bike. Logan opens up about his Olympic gold medal win, sharing how it brought him opportunities and attention, but didn’t change who he is. He talks about the grind, the mental focus it takes to compete at the top, and why his backyard skate park is still his favourite spot to ride. Logan also dives into how he balances being a family man with the demands of being an elite athlete. Tune in for an honest chat about chasing goals, staying true to yourself, and what it means to be a better bloke.
