This past weekend at the ABA Canadian Grand Nationals, Crupi signed Canada’s top rated Pro Scott Erwood. Although Scott has been injured the past several weeks with a broken hand and was unable to race the Grands to retain his #1 title, Scott has a long list of accomplishments and Crupi is proud to have him aboard the Factory Squad! Scott will be part of Crupi’s World Factory Team but will also ride for Crupi’s Team Green Canada under Team Manager Sean Sinclaire. Crupi Team Green Canada just celebrated their 3rd Championship Title by finishing first place at this years Canadian Grands. Crupi frames are hand built in Canada by Yess Products so it is just natural that Canada is Crupi Country! Congratulations go out to Crupi Team Green Canada and Crupi’s newest Factory Pro.
The final round of the 2007 UCI BMX Supercross World Cup is kicking off this weekend 11-12 October at Roc d’Azur Fréjus (France). Being held at Roc d’Azur, the biggest mountain bike festival in Europe, over 10’000 spectators is expected to watch the action on the demanding BMX Supercross track. The Roc d’Azur track has been modified from last year, promising great racing on a very demanding track. Many of the track features are similar to the Olympic track, giving riders valuable input for next year.

My dad Frank Lopez was an NBL official from 1979-1986 and him and my mother ran the NBL office when it moved to Flemington N.J. in 1982. We rarely missed a race in those days. There were 28 AA pros here."
Pro Open motos 3-1-2 Main 2nd. "Won $240. Brian Foster won. Cool, my best pro day EVER! I was passing a lot of people down the second straight. My big day finally came. Everyone gave me props! It's almost kind of funny that "I" won. But I raced consistent all day. At night, ate pizza in the hotel room."

Formula Bicycle Company is pleased to announce that Swiss Jr. Men’s racer and 2007 Jr. Men’s World Champion, Yvan Lapraz, is now part of it’s already stellar factory team. Lapraz joins Donny Robinson and Alise Post on perhaps the most powerful Factory team around. “I’m stoked to have a racer of Yvan’s caliber on board,” said Will Rells, Formula’s Brand Manager. “He is definitely a world-class rider, and showed it in Canada this year.” 
The American Bicycle Association is hitting the road in a big way. The ABA’s “MPV” (mobile promotional vehicle) will be making surprise visits to BMX tracks all around the country. The MPV will be on the road exposing kids to bicycle motocross racing and is anticipated to be on the road 8 months of the year. The ABA “MPV” will also have “special” ABA BMX offers for everyone who receives a visit.
The 30th Annual Grand National has come and gone, and around the corner is the kick off to the 2008 season. Camp Woodward will start the season out right as the host of this year's Supercross National and NE Regional Championship. A weekend of racing will take place on the pristine Woodward Camp facilities. To start the season off with a BANG, the NBL will introduce new class structures, points system, and the North East Regional Championship! The upcoming season will be host to a lot of exciting and history making events. The NBL announces several new and improved modifications to the national class and point structure for the 2008 season. Added to the schedule are classes like the new 41 and Over group, which will prove to be a battle of the ages. The over populated 17-24 classes have undergone some heavy sectioning, adding groups like 17-18, 19-25, 26-34, and 35-40 to the men's classes.
The Dew Tour also hosted a UCI BMX Supercross race. The starting hill and the jumps on the track were very impressive. It's good to see that they're stepping up giving the best riders in the world a challenging track. The way thing are run are as follows. Plenty of practice time, followed by a time trial to determine starting positions and then the race starting with 1/8th finals. Teams from Italy, Holland, Belgium, Colombia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Argentina, Venezuela, Australia, New Zealand, France and some other countries raced against Americans to score points for future Olympic selections. 
With the ABA BMX Black Jack National event being such a huge success, and moto and rider count being one of the biggest of the year you can bet there were some major changes in the points for the ABA National #1Title chases. The Black Jack Nationals was a must attend for all the PRO's, riders, manufactures, and teams. The excitement level was high, the talent was deep, and the pressure was unbelievable for everyone.
