Bommel's a busy cat. He can't sit still. Always doing something. When not riding, he's filming. When not filming, he's drumming. When not drumming, he's editing. When not editing, he's at the party. 100 issues! Amazing. Having a good BMX media in each country is so important. Surviving is hard enough, making it to the 100th issue is a reason to party. Oftentimes the BMX industry isn't big enough to support all the magazines. This leads to tough times at the office and not only there. Freedom's publisher went bankrupt a few issues ago so the 100th issue almost did not make it at all. Factory Media is now behind Germany's Freedom Magazine so thanks to them and a lot of hard work from the staff, you can pick up a copy of the celebration issue. Now what have they gather for this one?

Of course the info on the new issue of RIDE BMX (USA) had to arrive today, on magazine day. Almost makes it look like the BMX media is healthier than ever with so many of them around. That must mean that BMX is doing well and is still growing. Anyway, tons of stuff in the new RIDE with 7 interviews to start off with (Garrett Reynolds, Trey Jones, McIntosh, Josh Grant, Williams, Christian Rigal and Nasty). It's magazine day today at FATBMX. Somehow, as usual, they all come out at once. The new RIDE UK dropped in the mail this morning. Andy Zeiss brought a copy of The Albion (issue 2) to Paul's Boutique this afternoon. The new A.R.T. cover got released today, the covershot and video of the 100th issue of Freedom BMX arrived in the mailbox and we also picked up the new cover of 2020 BMX magazine. Everything covered in one day. Brilliant.

Urban Kreation is a clothing company from the UK that is strongly coming up in the "Urban Scene". They've picked up MTB riders, scooter dudes, skateboarders and also BMX riders such as Ben Hennon, Isaac Lesser and Kriss Kyle. In the USA they've got Sidewall as a new distributor to make sure the BMX shops can get their hands on the ultra strong jeans, caps and hoodies. We've given some pants to Pim van den Bos for him to test out to see if they're as strong as they say they are. Expect that product review in a few weeks.
