In the coming weeks you will be seeing JJ on a new frame and may wonder “what is that?”, well here is a sneak peek at the new Mongoose unnamed prototype he’ll be running. Being a prototype things can change but for now we can tell you it is 4.5lbs of Reynolds 725 butted and heat treated cromo, 21” TT with fully removable brake hardware. Simply put JJ said “its sick, I’m so excited”. 
On the 15th March 4Down will be entering the Hastings Half Marathon and hopes to raise some much needed cash for the Athlete Recovery Fund. The A.R.F. supports professional athletes in BMX, FMX and Skateboarding with financial support after a severe injury and grants funds for rehabilitation, equipment, long-term disability and educational scholarships. This fund is in constant need of support, so we have set up a donate button on the 4Down site for 
The Dew Tour, the world’s premier season-long actions sports tour, today announced its complete schedule for the 2009 season. In addition to returning to Portland, Ore., Salt Lake City, and Orlando, the Tour will stop in Chicago with a BMX event and Boston with a skateboard event. The 2009 Dew Tour will feature a BMX (park, dirt and vert) event in Chicago this June followed by the first ever ISF’s (International Skateboarding Federation) World Championship of Skateboarding on U.S. soil (park and vert) in Boston. The five-stop tour will then continue on to Portland, Ore., Salt Lake City and Orlando featuring BMX, skateboarding, and freestyle motocross.
