On Saturday, December 6, 2008, The Byke Project will host the Official premier of the new Terry Adams DVD “DREAMS”. Released in October 2008, this new film/documentary follows the travels of Terry Adams, professional bmx flatland rider, and shares his personal story about how this sport has taken him across the globe and impacted his life in so many ways.Mickey Gaidos, the film producer and Terry Adams set out to produce and film a movie that is structured not only as a flatland bmx video but a story of motivation and how one person can make anything happen if they believe in themselves. BMX giants getting together! The Street Session at the Velodrom, November 29th & 30th will show you the world's best BMXers. On the list of participants there are big names like X Games winner and AST Dew Tour winner 2006/2007/2008 Daniel Dhers from Venezuela, his Australian opponent Ryan Guettler and last year's Street Session winner Alessandro Barbero from Italy. Halfpipe-wise there will be international top notch riders like multiple world chamion Simon Tabron UK), X Games winner Chad Kagy (USA) and Francisco Zurita from Chile. The countdown for the Street Session 2008 is ticking. The world's best BMXers are on their way to Berlin. On November, 29th & 30th the action will be "GO" in the disciplines Street and Vert at the Velodrom. The starting field consists of ten invited riders, Street has three more qualifiants as well as a T-Mobile Wildcard winner. Top favorite for Street is hot shot Daniel Dhers from Venezuela. Dhers won the X Games two times and also took home victories

Failure art director East was in town for Scribble Jam and stopped by the System Cycle ramps to paint a mural on the wall ride. While he was there Failure shot a web video of him showing an easy way to custom paint your frame. Watch the video below. 
FlyBikes have two new models of pegs out now. Cromoly for hard street use and Aluminum 7075 for light street and park. Some Fly riders like Sergio even use the cromoly one on the rear and the aluminum on the front. The pegs have an outside machining on the top to reduce weight. This allows Fly to have a very thick section on the bottom to make them more durable and stiff. Being so thick on the bottom also makes them grind faster. The cromoly one has a very thick 2.5mm. section and the aluminum one 3.5mm. section. Here are the weights:
