On the 22nd July the streets of Joburg saw the awesome turnout for BMX day 2017. This is the day dudes all over the planet take their kids bikes to the streets of their cities and cruise around hitting the spots they know of and take the opportunity to find some new ones.

On a rainy day at the skatepark we decided to build a new BMX ramp! The crew and myself whipped the ramp together then tested it out! If you ever wanted to know how to build a ramp this is a great episode to watch!
At the 2017 BMX Cologne contest I caught up with 80's Haro Flatland BMX legend Dave Nourie. We talk about his ordeal of getting to Cologne, his new Haro ride, stories from the 80's Haro tours, his responsibility top keep the old school alive in a new school era at contests, and a whole lot more. I even learnt that Dave did not invent the stubble duck which I thought was the case for years, this is a good one.
