The boys have been trail building in the midwest, but they took some time to road trip out to NYC for the Next Gen jam at Mullaly, then back home to 9A for some early season hits!
Move over Bill and Ted, Luke and Shane's Excellent Adventure continues. Follow the boys as they systematically shralp the dickens out of Texas' Concrete Parks en route to the Holy Grail of Trails... Eastside. There they join fellow S&M soil sensei Matty Aquizap and trail ape activity ensues.
The boys head south from PA to Texas, shredding every inch of transition on the way to Galveston and back. Part 2 coming next week!
Team Halahan hit the Wheelmill for some off-season fun and enjoy a chance meeting with tailwhip sensei and resident legend Chris Doyle. Progression ensues and siblings shred!
Last laps of the year at 9A! Nate and Lukas figure out an over/under that they've been eyeing up for awhile and Shane invents a new type of bmx called "Treet Riding" - very inspirational stuff. Enjoy and keep an eye out for 9 Acres Season 2 coming soon.
Lukas and Nathan linked up with Mark Potoczny, Hucker, Matty Aquizap and a bunch of other rippers for a heavy two days of riding and went off - get down with the sickness.
PA woods meets PA concrete - Jump in the van and take a day trip with the Halahans to Boyce Park. They kill the deep end and pay respect to some historic moves that have happened in the bowl over the years before getting challenged by a local to a wheelie contest (with pedaling).
After spending the summer working for a Minnesota trail-building outfit, Lukas and Nate head back home just in time to dial in 9 Acres just for the Northeast Trail Season and to celebrate their Dad's 50th birthday. Here's a heated session on their home turf featuring the usual cast of characters plus the Potoczny brothers!
