In the early days of DIG, Joe Rich was a common subject in the pages of the magazine. He possessed a natural style, liked to push his personal boundaries, and excelled at a lightning fast pace on all terrains, from vert to street to park. All whist burning with creativity and D.I.Y. BMX energy.

I feel like I've written so much about the amazing state of Colorado over the years. It continues to deliver that magic "dose" of life, each and every time. I had the pleasure of making this great journey this year with a few fellow T1ers. Danny Hickerson, Joseph Frans, and Tom Dugan joined me for some fun filled days in the mountains . . . This place awaits you just the same.
This footage of Joseph Frans is about 2 years old and was put together by Joseph's good friend Josh Brown. Josh came to visit Austin on a few different occasions, and filmed Joseph a little bit from time to time. This vid is a little peek into his time spent here. Its always so good to see Joseph ride no matter what year it is. Nothing but goodness right here. - Joe
