The world’s leading platform for elite BMX park terrain competition, the Vans BMX Pro Cup Series drew to a close yesterday with the Men’s and Women’s final competition rounds for the Mexico City stop at the brand new Skatepark Metro Puebla 2. As the pivotal last pro qualifier for the 2019 tour season, the Vans BMX Pro Cup has now determined the final field of BMX talent to advance to the series’ Championships, to be held in Huntington Beach on September 14-15.
Celebrating a full weekend of premier BMX competition, nearly 40 men and women competitors battled it out for podium honors at the brand new Mexico City course. The VANS BMX Pro Cup Qualifier made it's annual stop here to Woodward Camp in Woodward Pensylvania. The riders were stoked, the weather was perfect and our announcers Darryl Nau and Steve Crandal were behind the mic for the play-by-play.
