"For this second installment of Profile’s neighborhood Crawl, we brought Shane and Dillon Leeper as well as Billy Woodfin to Tulsa in the Spring of 2019. While avoiding the impending, seriously oppressive summer, we used my wife’s house as a homebase, and explored the innards and outards of T-Town for a total of 5 days. Here’s the fruits of our fun...We hope you enjoy." - Matt Coplon/Profile Thanks to Russell Wadlin, Aaron Anderson, and especially Ariel and Lucy Gunn, and Kyle Kisling, for continuing to make Tulsa one of the most enjoyable cities to travel to. Thanks to Trey Ehart and Entertainment for usage of the song “Confusion of Senses” featured on the album “Gender” released on Stickfigure Records.
"Filmed over the course of two long weekends, we got the Profile family together to have a couple sessions in and around the Renaissance City. With no pre-conceived goal, and NO stress, we filmed what was fun amongst the camaraderie of friends. Thanks to Vic and Cara at Circuit Bmx, Jess Piche for the hospitality, and everyone who joined us in New England. Eternally grateful, thanks for the support, we hope you enjoy." - Matt Coplon
In a sport mainly dominated by male athletes, Nikita Ducarroz has risen to great heights not only athletically but professionally as well. Ducarroz has a special skill not only on her bike but when it comes to business as well. Social media has become a very popular way for action sports athletes to promote their careers. Ducarroz has become very talented in this type of promotion. Her Instagram account alone has nearly 20,000 followers. Ducarroz is also setting a great example for BMX riders by becoming an entrepreneur at such an early age.
When she was just 15, Ducarroz started FDV, a company that offered BMX gear and clothing to riders all across the world. Getting started early was a key point for Ducarroz's success in the BMX industry. She had always loved jumping off of things on her bike as a kid, but things really changed when she was 13 and started seeing BMX videos, and being inspired by some of the greatest BMX tricks ever.
Ducarroz is excited to see more competitions and push herself as a rider. Continuing to meet her current sponsors' expectations and seek new sponsors is also a part of Ducarroz's game plan.
