Barry: Hahaha! Come visit Amsterdam and see for yourself! It's the truth though...just kidding!

What sort of stuff do you have to ride in the Amsterdam area?
Barry: When it's dry we can ride, otherwise only on Wednesday at the local parc! But when the weather is nice we have several spots. Street isn't the best option, but we have a couple of pretty fun pools and some ramps. Have to say that the Marnix pool and the new mini on museumplein (15mtr. Wide + spine) are the local spots this summer. And don't forget about the 020-trails, trails I arranged with the city, is gonna be sick in the summer. Thanks to redbull as well for that! 

The American Bicycle Association hosted the Sooner Nationals in Guthrie, OK. The racing at the Sooner National event was second to none! ABA BMX stepped it up in the track department and Billy Allen built a very challenging track to kick off the season. This was the second PRO Series event of the year and Guthrie has become one of the PRO Riders favorite stops on the tour. Guthrie has some of the best dirt in the country, the Arena is HUGE and there's always a sweet PRO section. This year saw two hip jumps added into the

The first round of the UCI SX series just finished. Latvian One Bicycles rider Arthurs Matisons took the win beating the four Americans (Robinson, Brown, Bennett, Cisar), Willers, Jiminez Caicedo and sole Dutch finalist Arno Kanis. The indoor race was shown live on Freecaster.tv and Naran and Sergio Layos took part of the BMX dirt jump entertainment. If you're waiting for tonight's Supercross BMX race and have some time to kill, you might want to read about the Olympic programs that some of the countries are putting on. Over in the USA a complete replica of the 2008 Beijing Olympic BMX track was built in Chula Vista and the top USA riders have a cabin close to the track where they can live in and live the BMX life towards the big day in August. The track was opened by some US Cycling bigwigs and BMX legends like Toby Henderson, Eddy King, Stu Thompson, Dave
