Streetmasters is an organisation with the ambition to take streetsports as BMX, Skateboarding, Aggressive inline and more to a higher level. The qualifiers went for training on roadtrips with dutch pro-riders. The foampit training worked out well for the local boys from Rotterdam. They learnt some serious big tricks. In the final they pulled a high 720 over the box (Shannon), a backlfip on a hip (Aimy) and a huge wallride Barry Kohne-style (Selso “Kamikaze” Deluce).

But there's more. If you don't ride dirt at all (you should try it, it's fun) you can go to the "De La Warr Pavilion" for the Big Spin 2006 the next day (3 September). That one doesn't start until 2 in the afternoon so there's room to party hard on Saturday. It all sounds like a true BMX weekend in the South of England.

The weather forecast wasn´t too good for this weekend and I ended up looking towards the sky every two minutes the days before. We built up everything between pouring rain and the hot sun. The day of the event started pretty good. A lot of German pro riders showed up and I was really happy about everything. We started a really relaxing day with bikeriding, hanging around, having some drinks and so on. We wanted to start the comp around 3 o´clock but we decided to wait for Nathan Penonzek because he was on the way..
