West Australia's Lauren Reynolds hopes a home town advantage will boost her chances of success when Bunbury plays host to BMX Australia's National Probikx/Champbikx this weekend. Rounds 5 and 6 will be raced over two days with
Reynolds out to overhaul Canberra's
Caroline Buchanan who dominated the previous rounds earlier this month in Nerang, Queensland.
"I'm so excited about racing some of the world's elite riders in front of my family and friends," said
Reynolds.
Elite riders including 2008 Olympians
Luke Madill and
Nicole Callisto, 2010 Australian Champions
Alex Cameron, Billy Jolliffe and
Caroline Buchanan will join around 100 other riders registered to race at the Bunbury BMX Club.
"I'm feeling confident that 2011 is going to be a great year. It started with a bang and with a new Australian High Performance team,
