Celebrating 20 years of X Games, ESPN will bring all the action to fans in downtown Austin on Thursday, June 5 to kick off the inaugural event in front of the iconic State Capitol building. Fans can get up close to the action with free admission to the Skateboard and BMX Vert competitions. The Vert ramp will be located at the intersection of 10th Street and Congress Ave in front of the Texas State Capitol building. Starting that day and through Sunday, June 8, 20 hours of live X Games action will be aired on ESPN and ABC, which will also be accessible via WatchESPN and WatchABC to viewers who receive their video subscription from an affiliated provider. An additional 7.5 hours of competition will be carried on ESPN3 as well as the latest coverage across ESPN digital platforms, including XGames.com, X Games apps, X Games pages across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and more.

All winter long the local crew of trail riders have worked on the Helm Trails in Helmond. This Sunday 18 May, will be the first time that the new lines will be ridden. Will they work? We will see, but whoever does a "Full Pull" on the new rollercoaster line can expect to pick up a beer for their accomplishment. Now that's a challenge. But of course there are easier lines to ride at the Helm Trails. Basically there's something for all levels. This year the contest element is out of the window so don't expect prize 
The 2014 Trans Jam BMX Contest Series, owned and operated by the Atlantic Bike Stunt Alliance, will celebrate its fifth year of providing a platform of competition for amateur and professional freestyle BMX athletes. Onlookers at the events will experience many of the same stunts performed at largely televised competitions similar to those seen at the X Games. The contest series finished its first stop in Athens, GA on April 26 and the tour continues on to Raleigh this weekend.The Raleigh stop will host the tour’s only dirt BMX competition series on the Friday, May 16. The following two days of this event will be held inside the Dorton Arena at the widely attended Got to Be NC Festival and feature Park (ramps), Flatland, and Street competitions. The Dorton Arena activities will also include vendors and additional entertainment, activities for the kids, and a Vintage Bike Display.
