Four members of the UGP BMX team will be featured on the Tuesday, Feb. 5th episode of FUEL TV’s “The Daily Habit,” which will air at 6 p.m. PST/9 p.m. EST and again that night at 9 p.m. PST/12 a.m. EST. Chad DeGroot, Adam Baker, James Foster and Mark Mulville join host Pat Parnell in the studio to talk about BMX road trips, “Anchor Man” Halloween costumes, appearing on the Jerry Springer show and all of their latest projects. The guys also tear up the set with some tricky on-camera maneuvers. The UGP team riders who will be featured on the show include: James Foster - An up-and-coming pro dirt jumper known for his triple tail whip who made it to nearly every Dew Tour final this year

The Snickers 180 contest at the Simpel Session was a short little intermezzo. The comp was held right before the Park/Street finals and riders did have the chance to warm up before sending themselves over the 50 centimeter high kicker. There was plenty of space to get speed but the rollback needed to be pulled. That was a problem for a few riders. It actually took a while before the first 180 was pulled. In the competition were a.o. Rob Darden, Chase Hawk, Scotty Cranmer, Karl Poynter, Ty Morrow, Brad Simms , Garrett 
Psykopath has good news from our World Headquarters, after fighting with the city and county for over 3 years, we are one step closer to finally getting our track approved here in the East Bay Area. Carl Renowitzky who has been trying to get a track approved in the inner city for some time, got tired of the red tape and bought a strip of land in back of the Psykopath office and built its own trail park, we even had the NBL to insure it. We ran it for about three years, having long trial sessions, sprint money races, and even big dirt

The Simpel Session organizers lined up a few things to do at night too. They had a complete film festival in town where they showed BMX videos on the big screen in three different cinemas. Also a party was on the program for every night. Saturday night the official Simpel Session party was held at Von Ueblingen and when we arrived there was a 40 meter line to get in. Good thing is that with the contest wrist band you had priority access and it only took a minute for everyone to get in, drop off the jacket and order a drink. Sweet. Here are some photos (of course) of night # 3.
