At this year's Rebel Jam event at the Mellowpark Dig Magazine and rebeljam collaborated and came up with a limited edition T-shirt everybody could purchase at the event. All the income out of the shirts were ment to support Stephen Murray and his family in the current situation. We are very happy that we made 1.000,-€ / 1.350,-US$ at the event which are flowing to Stephenmurrayfamilyfund.com now. 
Over the years we’ve had some “side activities” going on at the FAT-JAM. We used to go lake jumping the day after the FAT-JAM, we had Marco Stalman in a Evel Knievil suit jumping from one side of the trails to the other side before FMX became popular.One year we had the BMX Olympics, one year we had a moped jump show, an old school party, high jump contest, Bavaria factory tour and more. We’ve been doing this jam for 19 years and it’s safe to say that we’ve had some fun.

NokiaFISE was on tour last weekend and built up a park in La Plagne which is a ski resort in the winter time. We have the results for you and a few videos. We also have the date for the 2008 NokiaFISE in Montpellier: 30 April - 4 May. Mark that one down. If it's as good as this year's event, it cannot be missed. Back to the La Plagne results:
No photo passes were handed out at the FAT-JAM so if you had a video camera or a digital snapper, you got the chance to get as close to the action as you wanted. Less than a week away now till the 2007 Worcester BMX Stephen Murray Jam and final preparations are well underway. The official t-shirt for the jam is being printed and delivered later this week. Airing Sunday, August 26, at 8:00pm Eastern Time (5:00pm Pacific Time), and re-airing another 12 times during the week, BMX pro rider and small business owner Scotty Cranmer stars in FUEL TV’s signature 30-minute series “Firsthand.” In this episode, Scotty has recently purchased a bike shop in Howell, NJ and hosts a grand opening with a demo in the store’s parking lot. Also, he travels out West for a series of in-store appearances for Vans. Back on the East Coast, he jumps on a tour with the Fox BMX team before heading to Baltimore for the first stop of the Dew Tour. 
In England there's one park that has brought forward a new breed of BMX riders. Alistair Whitton, Owain Clegg, Robin Fenlon and Jon Taylor were locals at this indoor facility for a long time. Anybody who runs a park knows that it gets rough at some point to keep things open. The Boneyard recently invested in some new ramps and some new surface to keep things going. The Olympic track was adjusted a little bit before the UCI Supercross round 2 started earlier this week. It was a new style Helltrack and not everyone liked it. Those who like speed and big jumps loved it and so did the people who watched the event from the stands. The track is amazing and the gate drops randomly which eliminates sling shot starts or any other false ways of getting out of the gate fast. 
Mirraco's Mike Spinner's 1080 that he pulled at the Dew Tour in Portland last weekend got nominated for Trick Of The Week. Well, who cares, you say, but let's keep the $5000,= USD in the hands of a BMX-er. Mike will buy you a slice of pizza next time he sees you if he wins (and you put in a vote for him). Other BMX-ers in the race are: Anthony Napolitan (flip double whip) and Simon Tabron (no-handed 540 barspin).Whatever you do, don't let skateboarders Fabrizio Santos, Rune Glifberg or FMX-er Adam Jones walk away with the $5G's.
