Hoffman continued: "Mark has been head of product development since 1997 and for the last 3 years, Mark has been in charge of all Hoffman Bikes operations. Over the course of the past 3 years, Mark has done an incredible job. Through Mark’s and my history together, I have complete confidence that the overall operations of HB are in excellent hands. Mark and Sidewall Distribution will manage product development, design, marketing as well as US and International sales. I plan to continue to help with the marketing, the Hoffman Bikes Team and, as always, I will remain the official Hoffman Bikes crash test dummy. Mark is family, it just seems right for Mark to be the person to partner with”. As of July 1st, 2006, Sidewall Distribution LLC will take over all Hoffman Bikes operations. Current Hoffman Bikes dealers will see no change other than the name. The inside sales staff and the current contact numbers will remain unchanged.
