Odyssey BMX / Full Factory is seeking a passionate self motivated inside sales rep to join the Full Factory Distribution sales force. Brands include Odyssey BMX, Sunday Bikes, Fairdale Bikes, G-Sport & Flatware. Positions available in Norwalk, California (Los Angeles County) or Austin, Texas. Here's the job description: POSITION SUMMARY:
-Generate sales.
-Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
-Develop and maintain business relations with all dealers/customers.
-Expand dealer base through outgoing calls.
-Maintain customer awareness on products, promotions, events and other pertinent brand initiatives.
-Provide feedback to management regarding competition, market trends and marketing ideas.
-Able to meet deadlines and accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.
-Learn and remain proficient on in house product lines.
-Must be reliable and provide mistake-free work.
-Willing to travel.
-Overall customer service.
EDUCATION:
-College Degree (BS/BA) preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE:
-Must have 2- 5 years of experience in action sports sales, or a related area. Overall general BMX/Cycling knowledge preferred.
-Must have sales experience and ability to sell.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook & Powerpoint required.
-Excellent time management and organizational skills.
-Must be very detail oriented.
-People skills.
