Job Description: Office & Warehouse Manager Title: Office/Warehouse Manager Reports to: Owners
Summary: BMX Racing Group, Bicycle manufacture/Distributor,
has an immediate opening for a full-time hybrid office manager / inside sales rep / warehouse Mgr position in Torrance, CA. The office manager/Warehouse role oversees organization of inventory stock including parts, invoicing, receivables, shipping scheduling. He/She packs, ships orders, and monitors tracking of incoming and outgoing bicycles and parts.
The Inside Sales Rep. role, while secondary, will consist of dealing with contacting dealers about line of complete bicycles sales, when time allows.
Requirements:
• 1-2 yrs sales or customer relations experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Quick Books, Microsoft Word
• Organizational skills and willingness to analyze & implement new processes encouraged
• Ability to learn quickly and work individually with customers
• Bicycle industry experience a plus. (Familiarity with brands, vendors, intricate bike part component knowledge.)
• Trucking, FedEx and USPS shipping experience needed
Working Conditions:
• Office and Warehouse working conditions in Torrance, CA
• Casual Working atmosphere / dress code
• Self-starter. Will be self-managed.
• Must be efficient.
• Good communication skills.
• Great, regular attendance
Full-time position.
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience. Potential commission-based bonus based on 90-day trial period.
