American Mentality, Inc., is announcing that UGP Underground Products is under new ownership and is now operating as UGP, LLC. in Orlando, Florida.
American Mentality's Rachel Bonner: "We want all of you to know that this has been a very personal and hard decision but have finally realized that the memories and family met along the way is what makes UGP so special. We appreciate and value each of you and your efforts are what makes UGP so unique and special."

Sparky's Distribution will still house and distribute The Shadow Conspiracy, Roots Jam, Inc., Soul Video Magazine, Twenty Bikes, Sputnik BMX, and Mutiny BMX. Ron Bonner, owner of American Mentality, Inc. and Sparky's Distribution commented, "We've been watching UGP grow for 18 years and the time has finally come to let it mature into the international lifestyle brand we have been heading towards. There are a ton of people out there who have never seen UGP and now there is chance for it to grow."
UGP, LLC. will be moving out of the Sparky's Distribution's warehouse the week of June 6th. All shipments after that week will be sent from UGP's new home also located in Orlando, Florida.
