Prospective employees will be creating new ideas from the concept stage through production, and should have the ability to complete products that are already in progress. All candidates should have strong computer-based drafting and rendering skills, and should be self-motivated, multitasking and capable of working in a small group environment. Knowledge of graphic design and photography is a plus, but not a necessity for this position. A strong BMX-based background and a working knowledge of bicycle parts and assembly is required. Prospective employees will be developing artwork for catalogs, advertisements, packaging and designing new product logos. All candidates should be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and Quark, and should be self-motivated, multitasking and capable of working in a small group environment. Designers should also posses outstanding hand drawing and painting skills. Knowledge of drafting and technical drawing is a plus, but not a necessity for this position.
