The upcoming edition of the Burning Ink event in Geneva, at the Square Gallery, will be the opportunity to launch a new exhibition called: The Braincover Art Show. In order to celebrate shared values between skate and custom culture, DLF The Machine will be presented at The Square Gallery during this period.

DLF is a unique motorbike created and built by Jipi from Geneva's Big Bore Cycles, with the collaboration of JMZ from Pulp 68 and DC Europe.

Acting as curator, Arkitip has chosen artist Jason Jägel to design a women's capsule collection for DC Shoes. Jason Jägel was born in 1971 in Boston, Massachusetts. He received degrees from California College of Arts and Crafts (BFA 1995) and Stanford University (MFA 2002). Jägel has been featured in numerous solo and group shows since 1995 including those in New York, Tokyo, Copenhagen, Milan, Barcelona, Los Angeles, Seattle, New Orleans and more. Alli Sports, a division of the NBC Sports Group, today announced Krewella, New Politics and Talib Kweli as the headlining performers at the Dew Tour Beach Championships free concerts in Ocean City, Md. Dew Tour will continue the celebration of action sports with the new Dew Tour Recognize: Art exhibit, highlighting pieces created by pro skateboarders and other action sports industry artists. On Friday, June 21, Columbia Records electro-punk trio Krewella will headline a night of live music that will include a performance of their chart-topping, gold certified dance single “Alive.” Arriving on the electronic dance music scene in the summer of 2011 Krewella, comprised of sisters Jahan and Yasmin Yousaf and producer Kris “Rain Man” Trindl, have created a signature blend of self-produced electro, dubstep, and pop. The 6th edition of Burning Ink came to a close last Friday night at the Milk Gallery, Istanbul. The 6th stop of the unique show which combines tattoo and art saw the art lost to the flames once again. The venue welcomed a host of media and influencers from around Europe and the world, who had come to seethe art by renowned street artists, graphic designers and illustrators. The 6th edition of Burning Ink Art Show officially kicked off in Istanbul last Friday 29th at 8pm, as a crowd descended on Galipdede Cad to see what this unique Show, at Milk Gallery, had to offer. With a selection of original hand drawn creation from world-renowned street artists, graphic designers and illustrators, Burning Ink caught intrigued eyes of more than 300 persons and happy fellows enjoying some drinks . Ilhan Bilir, one of the three hosting tattoo artists with Rorfrose and Dramatik , inked some skin during the launch .
